刘宏

      国家重点研发计划项目负责人,山东大学博士生导师、国家自然科学杰出青年基金获得者,曾任科技部863项目评审专家和国家科学技术奖评审专家。长期从事光电功能材料和生化传感器材料的研究,作为课题负责人承担了十五、十一五和十二五国家863重点项目、自然基金重大项目、面上项目等十余项国家级科研项目。在生物微纳材料、微纳生化传感器和光电功能材料等领域都取得了重要进展。近年来,在包括Adv. Mater.。 Nano Letters, ACSNano,J. Am. Chem. Soc, 等学术期刊上表SCI文章200余篇,其中影响因子大于10的近30篇,个人文章SCI总他引次数超过9000次,H因子为45。19篇文章被Web of Science 的ESI选为“过去十 年高被引用论文”,文章入选2013年中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文,应邀在Chem.Soc. Rev. 和Adv. Mater. 、Adv.Funct. Mater. 上发表相关综述性学术论文,并被列为英国皇家学会“Top1 %高被引用中国作者”。授权专利30余项,曾获得省部级科技进步一等奖。

山东大学副研究员,

耶鲁大学-山东大学联合培养博士。

曾任耶鲁大学电子工程系副研究员。具有10余年微纳加工、光电材料、器件、光电系统、生化传感研究和产品开发经验。

主持和参与美国能源部、美国自然科学基金(NSF) 、国家重点研发计划山东省重大创新工程以及半导体材料和生化传感芯片和设备产品开发的多项科研和产业化项目。

申报美国和国际专利10余项,申请国内专利30余项,获得授权10余项。在世界知名杂志上发表论文数篇30余篇,总引用300余次,学术成果在国际会议上口头报告或张贴报告20余次发表的科研技术成果多次被行业媒体期刊sem i conductor today,nanotechweb等报道。

山东大学教授,博士生导师,山东省泰山学者特聘专家,山东 大学杰出中青年学者,齐鲁青年学者,山东省杰出青年基金获得者。 主要研究方向:聚焦新型半导体材料、器件及其光/电传感机制,集 成微纳加工技术,面向生命健康和海洋环境监测,研发新型生物传感 芯片与系统,形成了 10 余种国际先进水平的生物芯片,在齐鲁医院、 北京大学第三医院等多家医院进行了~10000 例临床样本的验证。近年来,以第一或通讯作 者在 Chemical Society Review、Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、ACS Nano 等国际知名期刊发表学术论文 100 余篇,授权专利 70 余项,实现了 1000 万元的技术 成果转化,相关成果被中央人民广播电台特别报道。主持国家重点研发计划(课题 2 项,子 课题 1 项)、国家自然基金青年/面上、山东省杰出青年基金、山东省重大创新工程项目课 题等 10 余项,担任山东大学青年交叉科学群体项目首席。曾获山东省技术发明一等奖(第 一位)、山东省科技进步二等奖(第三位)、国际发明展览会金奖(第一位)等奖励。担任 卓越期刊 BMEMat(卓越期刊,IF:15.5)执行副主编、山东省医学会类器官分会第一届委 员会副主任委员、生物标志物与人工智能应用山东省工程研究中心副主任和济南市微纳传感 芯片与智能装备重点实验室主任。

目前课题组的主要研究方向:

1、生物芯片系统在重大疾病筛查、疗效和预后评估中的应用研究:开发了蛋白分子免疫荧光芯片、miRNA 检测芯片、外泌体检测芯片、肿瘤药物高效评估 PDTF 芯片、皮肤类器官实时评估芯片等多种国际先进水平的生物芯片,在乳腺癌、卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌、结肠癌、食管癌、胃癌、心血管、抑郁症、阿尔茨海默症等 8 种重大疾病进行了~10000 例临床样本的验证,建立了重大疾病早期诊断、疗效和预后精准评估模型和临床应用方案。

2.高通量单细胞生物芯片系统在细胞治疗和疾病机制探究中的应用研究:开发了单细胞蛋白组学芯片、单细胞外泌体实时检测芯片、单细胞空间组学芯片、抗体类药物筛选单细胞评估芯片等高通量单细胞信息获取芯片,在 CAR-T 免疫细胞治疗、肿瘤组织异质性研究、单细胞高通量测序和重大疾病发生发展机制研究方面进行了大量临床验证研究。

3. 生物传感芯片在食品安全与环境监测中的应用研究:开发了 SERS 单分子检测芯片、电化学检测芯片、场效应晶体管检测芯片、纳米材料荧光转导芯片等在食品危害成份检测和海洋微生物(海底采矿区、深海生物资源)和新兴污染物检测中进行实时监测的应用验证。

1000 万元成果技术转化: 

2021 年 3 月进行了肿瘤标记物检测技术(5 项专利)的成果转化,建成了国内首条超高通量条形码生物芯片的生产线,已经成功获批 2 个二类医疗器械注册证。

周伟家,男,1982年生,济南大学前沿交叉科学研究院,副院长,教授,博士生导师,学术带头人。主要从事电催化和微纳器件研究,在电催化剂催化位点调控和全解水系统优化方面取得一系列研究成果,以第一或通讯作者在EnergyEnviron. Sci. 、Angew. Chem. Int.
